Shipping policy

• UAE delivery time — Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days anywhere in the UAE.
• Rest of world delivery time — Orders to other international destinations typically arrive within 10-25 business days.
• Shipping cost — We currently offer free shipping on every order across the UAE. Shipping to international destinations is calculated at checkout.
• Customs & import charges — International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local authorities on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.
• Tracking — You'll receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress.
• Delays — Occasionally weather, customs, or carrier delays can push delivery beyond the estimate above. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll look into it.
