• UAE delivery time — Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days anywhere in the UAE.
• Shipping cost — We currently offer free shipping on every order across the UAE.
• International shipping — At this time we only ship within the United Arab Emirates. We hope to expand to other countries in the future.
• Tracking — You'll receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress.
• Delays — Occasionally weather, customs, or carrier delays can push delivery beyond the estimate above. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll look into it.
